I recently had my air go out, and here in SA it gets really hot and AC is a must. After searching for AC company's here in SA I chose Texas Air Masters because of their reviews. Reading about others experiences made me more confident in my decision to choose this company. The office staff was very friendly and made that part of the process easy. When the techs came out they were nice, professional, and very thorough with their work and with explaining to me about my system. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. I would definitely recommend Texas Air Masters to any one with any AC needs! They take care of their customers and make sure that you are completely satisfied!

I had a small problem at first with my AC unit at home, in the beginning I used the service that my Home Warranty provided, but because Home Warranty companies always use limit what repair companies can do and how they do it, my small problem turned into a huge problem. After going through 4 different repair companies with my Home Warranty I decided to cancel their service and work directly with a repair company. As a disabled veteran I like to look for companies that are veteran owned for any kind of service, I strongly believe that we have to help each other, so I found TEXAS AIR MASTERS. From the moment the technician (John) started working on my AC unit I new that I had made the perfect choice. John was extremely thorough with his repairs and outstandingly professional, while taking the time to patiently explain the whole process to me step by step. Thanks to that he was able to locate all the damage that the other 4 companies had cause for not being able to perform their work properly. His dedication to his work speaks highly of him and TEXAS AIR MASTERS. In par with their outstanding service are their prices and the time on which they operate. They have the perfect system where it gives the customer several options to choose from based on financial needs, which as a disabled veteran was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. The work needed to repair my AC unit required a couple of technician, and as I suspected, the 2 that came to assist (Chris) and (Rico) were just as professional and dedicated as John. All the way around TEXAS AIR MASTERS is a company I HIGHLY recommend to everyone that wants to get an Honest and Professional job done.
